2. Customized guiding frame design

DFS-type guiding frame



The DFS web guiding frame is a compact rotating frame with integrated controller and sensor, which supports flexible configuration of sensors to meet different needs. In addition, customized roller materials are also available to ensure that the equipment is suitable for various types of rollers and optimize the web guiding process.


DF type guiding frame



The DF-type guiding frame consists of a fixed lower frame and a rotating upper frame. The rotation point of the upper frame is located at the material feeding side, and the sensor is located at the material discharging side. When the material deviation exceeds the limit, the sensor will be triggered, and the driver will drive the upper frame to rotate in the opposite direction to correct the material to the preset range. The frame is flexible to install and is suitable for deviation correction during the material movement process.


90° flip-over frame



The flip-over frame is based on a simple principle: The feeding roller and the steering roller are installed opposite with each other at an angle of 45°. The material directly changes direction by 90° during the process of winding around the steering roller at 180°. In order to synchronously correct the position of the material, the system drives the steering roller to move parallel to the plane of the feeding roller based on the discharge position signal, thereby accurately shifting the material to the specified position when it is discharged. In addition, an air cushion is added between the contact surface of the steering roller and the material to effectively reduce the scratches, wear and wrinkles of the material.


3. Integrated intelligent vision inspection system

In addition to the traditional web guiding system, the intelligent vision inspection system (such as part functions of the BVT intelligent vision inspection system) can also be integrated to detect impurities (such as mosquitoes, hair, stains, etc.) and dimensional problems (such as folded corners, cotton leakage, wrinkles, etc.) on the product, further improving product quality and production efficiency.
