Finished tire vision inspection system
The system adops advanced optical imaging technology and mechanical design to comprehensively capture image data of tire crown, sidewall, shoulder, bead, and inner liner. Combined with KADO's proprietary AI image processing technology, it enables rapid modeling and deployment of surface quality inspection for tires. The system provides an all-round detection of surface defects on tires, supporting precise classificassion and measurement of the defects. It can replace manual inspection, improve efficiency and accuracy, as well as reduce costs. 
Width measurement system
H: Designed according to the material width and detection accuracy, and increasing the distance from the bottom of the material to the light source surface. If the H1 material is particularly wide, two cameras will be used for detection.
W: Designed according to the maximum material width AB, with a detection margin of J reserved.
Features

The highest accuracy can reach ±0.2mm;

Can detect and display the width of one or two strips of material at the same time;


Thickness measurement system
The system adopts a C-type or O-type scanning frame and is equipped with a set of sensors to reciprocate and scan to measure the material thickness. The scanning stability is extremely high and is suitable for high-precision measurement. The scanning mode can be changed to continuous scanning, intermittent scanning, etc. according to actual needs;

Width scanning range 500~3000mm

Thickness measurement range ≤±10mmm


Profile scanning system
The profile scanning system uses a point laser or line laser sensor to generate diffuse reflection on the target object, and measures displacement and shape by detecting changes in position and shape. It can be applied to 2D measurement and can measure height, height difference, width, position, shape, cross section, warpage, flatness, etc.

Measuring range: Width 0~600mm;

Segmented roller guiding system
The segmented roller guiding system is widely used in the tire molding production process, mainly to correct and guide the material. The system has the advantages of high precision, good stability, no correction limit, and no damage to the material.

Tire carcass pre-molding drum guiding system 
The main function of the tire carcass pre-molding drum guiding system is to accurately control the position and direction of the tire body through the correction device and sensor, so that it can be accurately attached to the building drum, thereby ensuring the quality and performance of the tire.
Belt ply guiding system
The belt ply guiding system uses advanced sensor technology and control algorithms to monitor the position and deviation of the belt layer in real time, and automatically adjust the correction device to keep the belt layer in the correct position. The application of the belt ply guiding system can improve the quality and performance of tires, reduce the scrap rate, and improve production efficiency. It is an indispensable part of the tire manufacturing process.
