Web guiding system


The web guiding system is a closed-loop control system composed of controllers, sensors and guiding mechanisms. In the production process of lithium batteries, its application covers the entire electrode production and processing process. Web Guide Flipping Frame


The flip web guiding system is designed and developed for multiple continuous coatings on one side. After the material passes through the steering roller installed at 45° on the guide frame, it changes the running direction of the material and at the same time completes the flipping of the material. Its characteristic is that during the flipping process, the material does not cause physical friction with the surface of the roller when passing the steering roller, thereby avoiding damage to the material surface and surface coating.


The flip web guiding system has been widely used in battery separator coating equipment, and KADO's market share is as high as 80%.




Online thickness measurement system


KADO software architects have upgraded a new generation of online measurement software system, which is based on rich measurement data experience and advanced Prospect Estimation algorithm integrated with SPC statistical analysis to monitor, adjust and optimize the production process in a more scientific way, as well as improve resource utilization and reduce labor and debugging costs.The upgraded system can realize scanning measurement, fixed-point measurement, and quality data display functions, and ensure the coordination, efficiency, stability, and controllability of the processing process, improve production efficiency, and optimize product quality. Vision inspection system


The vision inspection system consists of an optical imaging system equipped with KADO's independently developed AVT&BVT image processing system. It performs online inspection and data analysis on surface quality, size, and position information during the material production process, thereby helping uers improve product quality and production efficiency.

Non-contact dust removal system


The non-contact dust removal system combines the latest aerodynamics technology with a specific high-speed vacuum airflow and substrate ionization technology, and eliminates static  before cleaning to form an one-stop system.


The electrostatic on the material surface is a major factor that increases contamination and makes particle removal more difficult. Therefore, the non-contact dust removal system is always installed before the cleaning process to ensure that the material surface reaches a neutral state, making it easier to remove all particles.
