The application of online thickness measurement system in the lithium battery industry is of great significance. Surface density measurement system: suitable for online detection of true thickness of materials with a width of 300~5000mm, with a measuring range of 5~1200g/m², and a repeated measurement error of ±3σ: ≤±measured value*0.025% or ±0.08g/m².

3. AVT vision inspection system is used for battery pole cutting

The AVT vision inspection system is widely used in the battery electrode slitting process. Before slitting, the system performs full-width inspection on the A and B sides of the electrode to ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the inspection. At the same time, according to the different slitting widths, the system intelligently sets the horizontal inspection partitions and equips each partition with a special labeling machine. Once a defect is found in the electrode, the system will quickly output a labeling signal and automatically mark the electrode in the corresponding area, thereby achieving efficient and accurate detection and identification of electrode defects.
