Web guiding system
The web guiding system is a closed-loop control system consisting of a controller, a sensor, and a driver. The sensor detects the edge or line of the web, reads the offset between the actual position of the material and the set position, and converts the offset into an electrical signal. The electrical signal is amplified and calibrated by the controller, and then outputs a signal to the linear driver, which drives the guiding mechanism to restore the material to the set position. The signal of the linear driver is proportional to the deviation of the web, so that the web guiding system can provide precise control for various webs.
Technical features:
Closed-loop control system: KADO web guiding system adopts closed-loop control logic, which is composed of controller, sensor and driver, and can monitor and correct the position deviation of coil in real time.
High-precision deviation correction: The deviation correction accuracy is up to ±0.1mm, ensuring the precise position control of the material during processing, reducing material waste and downtime.

Thickness measurement system
KADO software architects upgraded the new generation of online measurement software system, which is based on rich measurement data experience and advanced Prospect Estimation algorithm integrates SPC statistical analysis to monitor, adjust and optimize the production process in a more scientific way, improve resource utilization, and reduce dependence on labor and debugging costs. Combining laser, ray, eddy current and other detection technologies to achieve scanning measurement, fixed-point measurement, and quality data display functions for the thickness and weight of materials, and ensure the coordination, efficiency, stability and controllability of the processing process, improve production efficiency and optimize product quality, which has far-reaching significance for the automatic closed-loop control of material production quality.

Laser Thickness Measurement System:
Suitable for online detection of the true thickness of materials with a width of 300~1600mm, with a measuring range of ±3mm and a repeated measurement error of 3σ≤±0.4μm;
Area Density Measurement System:
Applicable to online detection of the true thickness of materials with a width of 300~5000mm, with a measuring range of 5~1200g/m², and a repeatability error of ±3σ: ≤±measurement value*0.025% or ±0.08g/m²;
Multi-frame synchronous measurement: In multi-layer coating and composite production lines, multi-frame synchronous scanning control systems can be configured to achieve high-precision layered material thickness measurement.

Vision inspection system
KADO's independently developed AVT and BVT vision inspection systems are automated inspection systems based on visual imaging technology, image analysis and processing technology, and AI deep learning technology. They can be customized according to actual production needs to achieve 100% online inspection of the production process. The system acquires the image of the object to be inspected through appropriate light sources and image sensors, extracts image feature signals through image processing algorithms and converts them into digital signals, and outputs the judgment results according to preset thresholds and judgment rules, helping users improve production efficiency and product quality, thereby contributing to the sustainable development and competitiveness of the industry.
Technical features:
High-speed image sensor: The independently developed CLS series image sensor has small imaging distortion and a wide detection range.
AI deep learning: Combining traditional algorithms with AI deep learning technology to improve detection rate and defect classification accuracy, and effectively control product quality.

Non-contact dust removal system
The non-contact dust removal system consists of a dust removal head, a control system, an AC electrostatic rod, etc. It uses aerodynamics and fluid mechanics technology to perform non-contact dust removal on the material surface. It can remove impurities smaller than 1μm, helping users significantly improve the quality of finished products.
